Lily Scarlet is a small business and we value our customers. We try to inform you as complete as possible. If you should have any questions don't hestitate to contact us.

How to order:

Place the products you desire in the shopping cart.
When you're finished, go to display shopping basket, and enter your choice of delivery.
After that, go to check out.
Fill in the form completely.
After you have finished, you will receive an order form via e-mail, with the total price and payment instructions.
All prices are in euros (€), including tax, but without shipping costs.
Lily Scarlet clothing will be shipped with insurance, for vintage items and products that will fit in an envelope insurance is optional.
You can pay in advance on our bank account or;
You can pay us through PayPal. For PayPal payments we charge 3% extra, because of the high cost of this service.
When we have received your payment, we will process your order as soon as possible.

Shipping Costs

All Lily Scarlet products are being shipped by TNT post.

Up to 250 grams will be sent in an envelope, above 250 grams will be sent as a package.

Return Policy:

Please contact us here before returning anything.
Items must be returned within 8 days after receipt.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with labels intact.
Shipping costs for returning and exchanging goods are at customer's cost.
As soon as the products have returned, your money will be refunded within ten days, minus the shipping costs.
You can exchange a product for another, or
You can exchange a product for a credit coupon.
In both cases shipping costs are at customer's cost, except for the Netherlands.

The tables below show the sizes we use in centimeters and inches.
Sizes can slightly differ because Lily Scarlet uses patterns from many different eras.
You can always ask us any questions about sizes of specific garments.
