1940s Raffia and Velvet Sailor Hat With Double Brim

1940s boater-style hat made from natural raffia woven with cord, with a double brim. The crown and bow are made of deep purple velvet and the hat band is black. Lined with purple-blue fabric and labeled “ADJ M.S.C.”
