1940s Royal Blue Sisal High Crown Tilt Hat

Rare 1940s sisal hat that slightly tilts to the left With a high front crown and a flower ornament on a black bow on the left.

Head circumference is 53.5 cm / 21"
Front is 13 cm / 5.1" high.
The hat is in great condition, the flower ornament has wear and losing some fibers.
