The title says it all; 1940s unused lipstick in a bakelite holder, NOS, never used. Labeled Windsor, Paris. The holder has a screw-on lid and the total height is about 34 mm.
This is a vintage item. I do not recommend using this lipstick. Please take a good look at the pictures to see the condition this item is in before purchasing.
