Early 1950s half hat made from blue satin with a cluster of yellow fabric flowers at the front and a small bow at the back. The hat has a lightly structured shape with a metal frame along the lower edge and a canvas interior for support. Designed to sit securely on top of the head, typical for early New Look millinery styles.
