A beautiful 1940s two-piece set in rayon, with black faille used for the front panel and pockets. The jacket closes with five buttons, plus a snap and hook-and-eye at the waist. The inside of the pockets is softly draped. It has ¾ sleeves, darts at the front and back, and a six-panel skirt that closes with a metal side zipper and hook-and-eye. The skirt has no waistband, which is typical for the period.
