1950s Samco Gold Metal Cat Eye Sunglasses with Blue Plastic Trim

Original deadstock 1950s sunglasses by Samco — "The Famous Sunglasses" — with a lightweight gold-tone metal frame and grey lenses. The cat eye shape is enhanced with curved plastic trim in baby blue, giving it that unmistakable fifties flair. The lenses, temple tips, and nose pads are all made from plastic.

This style was originally part of a budget-friendly range, so the frame is intentionally lightweight and flexible rather than solid and heavy.
