Original 1952 Simplicity printed pattern for a three-piece ensemble including a slim skirt, camisole top and jacket-blouse. The camisole has an optional shoulder strap and cuff-trimmed upper edge. The jacket-blouse features a small pointed collar, six buttons at the front and three-quarter kimono sleeves with cuffs. The skirt is four-gored, fitted and opens with a side zipper. Pattern no. 3684, bust 34".
