A high-waist A-line skirt made from a wool mix fabric with a brown base and an all-over floral print in orange and green tones. Likely from the late 1940s to early 1950s. The skirt has a wide waistband with a sewn-on decorative bow detail at the front. At the center front, the seam is intentionally exposed and frayed as a decorative design feature. The skirt is fully lined with linen. It closes at the back with a metal zipper and hook-and-eye closure. Photographed with a petticoat for volume, the petticoat is not included.

In good condition. The decorative frayed seam at the center front is intentional and part of the original design.
