1943 Size 18 Women's Dress with Flared Skirt - Butterick 4439 Sewing Pattern

Original 1943 Butterick printed pattern for a soft one-piece dress with bow-trimmed square neckline and gently flared four-gore skirt. Both versions feature a contrasting inset band and bow across the fitted bodice. View A has puff sleeves, View B has full below-elbow sleeves with cuffs. Pattern no. 4439, bust 36".
