1950s Velvet and Raffia Cossack Hat

1950s cossack or pillbox hat with a black velvet band and a pointed raffia  top covered with a net. Lined with off-white taffeta. With an elastic to secure.

Inside circumference approx. 54 cm / 21.25"

In good condition with signs of age. Lining is glued in places (see last photo).
