Original 1940s dress in soft rayon with a charming seahorse novelty print. It has fitted sleeves, waist seams at the front and back for a flattering shape, and a metal zipper closure at the back. The skirt has hip panels with pleated inserts that give it a wide, structured silhouette. New shoulder pads have been added to restore its original shape.
