1940s red felt tilt beret with a large matching bow across the front. The bow is finished with contrasting stitching, with two smaller bow details around the hat.
A typical 1940s style designed to sit on top of the head rather than fit around it like a conventional hat. Inside is a grosgrain band and the original New York Creation size 22 label.

In good vintage condition with some general aging and signs of wear consistent with its age.
