1940s dress made from supple rayon in mustard green with a large floral and leaf print in cream, pink, teal and brown. Square neckline and cap sleeves with underarm gussets. The fitted bodice has double stitched seams at the front and back and comes to a point at the waist. Full skirt with flat pleats at the front and gathering at the back. The skirt is constructed from three panels at the front and one at the back. Closes with a metal zipper at the side. Hand sewn hem.

In good vintage condition. The fabric is somewhat fragile. There are a few small pinholes at the back near the waist and one at the shoulder. There is also a repair under the arm near the zipper, which is barely noticeable when worn. The price reflects the condition of the dress and the fragility of the fabric. This is a vintage item.
