1930s black crepe evening dress with short cut-on sleeves and a keyhole neckline fastened with a hook and eye. Smocking at the centre front shapes the bodice above the waist seam.
Long fringe is knotted in small bundles along a shaped edge around the hips, rising to a point at the centre front. The fringe falls over a long straight skirt with two 25 cm / 9¾” hem slits. Fastens with a metal Talon side zipper. The crepe fabric has a little natural give.
