This 1940s peplum blouse is made of sturdy cotton and feels like corduroy. Light green / pistachio striped. It has cap sleeves with cuffs and closes with 2 lovely buttons and a hook and eye at the bottom. Darts at the front and back. The peplum is open at the front and has a box pleat at the back. Has belt loops and two faux pockets.
