1950s wrap-style dress in silk with a hand painted floral print in purple and green tones on a grey ground. The bodice is shaped with an overlapping V neckline and soft pleats from the shoulders. It has 3/4 sleeves with a gusset construction and a lowered waist seam. The skirt falls from the waist with flat pleats and includes a decorative bow detail at one side. Shaping seams are present at the front and back. The dress is home made with careful finishing.
