Right of Withdrawal for EU customers

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving your product.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods.

If the returned product shows signs of use beyond normal inspection or has damage, we may charge for the loss in value.

Returning goods

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The direct cost of returning the goods is at your expense.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom-made or personalised products
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
• Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if performance has begun with your prior express consent
