Returns (EU Customers Only)
If you are a customer in the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
- To return your order, please contact us by using the form below and include your name and order number.
- After notifying us, you have 14 days to return the item. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as returned items remain your responsibility until they have been delivered to us.
- Once we have received the returned item, we will refund your payment, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days.
Items should be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Vintage items may be tried on as you would in a shop, but should not be worn before being returned. If an item has been worn, altered, washed, or damaged beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we reserve the right to reduce the refund accordingly or refuse the return.
The right to return does not apply to custom-made or personalised items.
