Two-piece skirt set from the 1950s by Walk by Charles Inc., made from black cotton velvet. The top has a sweetheart neckline and a very fitted cut. It has bust darts and darts at the front and back, and closes at the back with a metal zipper. The skirt is constructed with ten panels and flares out towards the hem. It closes with a metal zipper and a button.
No stretch.
