1940s/50s Black Suede Handbag

Black suede top handle handbag from the late 1940s or early 1950s. The bag has a compact shaped body with folded sides, a fixed handle and a gold tone metal frame with a push clasp.
The interior is lined in black fabric and has one inside pocket. 

Measurements:
• Width at widest point approx. 18 cm / 7"
• Height to top of frame approx. 16 cm / 6.25"
• Depth approx. 5 cm / 2"
• Strap length approx. 40 cm / 15.75"

In good condition with signs of age. The suede is still in very nice condition. The metal frame has visible wear and patina, and the inside shows some wear near the frame.
