Late 1940s to early 1950s cocktail hat by Christine Originals, Park Ave., New York. The curved half-hat shape is covered with champagne beige velvet leaves and feathers in shades of beige, brown and rust. It has a pink lining printed with a black floral lace pattern and a velvet-covered inner edge.

In fair vintage condition. The feathers show age-related wear, with some bent, frayed and missing sections. Several velvet leaves are flattened or slightly worn. The fabric along the outer edge on the inside has darkened in places, as shown in the photos. The structure remains intact.
