1940s Black Felt Looped Halo Hat

1940s black felt tilt hat with a row of large folded loops around the front and sides. A simple black design, but with an unusual shape when worn.

This is a small hat designed to sit high on the head rather than fit around it like a conventional hat. It will need to be secured with hat pins or hair pins when worn. The inner circumference is approx. 48 cm / 19”
