1940s Green Velour Felt Pancake Hat | Néodaim Paris

1940s green felt hat with a soft velvety finish, a flat, shallow crown and a double rolled brim. A narrow grosgrain ribbon trims the outside, and a large felt bow with grosgrain edging decorates the back. Designed to be worn at a pronounced angle, the hat sits on top of the head and extends out to one side. Labeled Néodaim Paris, Made in France.
