1960s Italian Red and Black Beaded Handbag

Super cute 1960s handbag made in Italy, crocheted in red and decorated with rows of red and black square plastic beads. The bag has a glossy black plastic frame and handle, finished with a gold-tone clasp.
The interior is lined in red fabric and includes a small slip pocket. 

Measurements:
• Width at bottom: 21.5 cm / 8 1/2”
• Height excluding handle: 16 cm / 6 1/4”
• Handle drop: approximately 6 cm / 2 1/4”
• Handle opening width: 12 cm / 4 3/4”

In very good vintage condition. The crocheted body, beads and interior are very well preserved. There are a few small surface scratches on the black plastic frame.
