Deadstock French Scarf With Carriage Scene | 80x86 cm

Made in France, 1950s rayon satin scarf printed with an 18th-century carriage scene. The print shows elegantly dressed figures, horse-drawn carriages and castle backdrops in bright hues of fuchsia, lime, yellow and blue. Crisp fabric with a subtle sheen and a deep cobalt border. Still with its original paper label marked “Made in France – Dessin 186.”
