M | 1950s/60s Floral Cotton Dress With Belt

A 1950s/60s dress in white heavy cotton with a pink, purple and aubergine floral print. The fabric has a slight relief texture with a barkcloth-style feel. The dress has a rounded neckline with a V opening and draped pleats at the front. It has short cut-on sleeves with gussets at the underarms.
The waist seam is finished with flat pleats all around, and the skirt has a wide shape. It comes with the matching belt, which has a wider centre front section. The back has darts for shape, and the dress closes with a metal side zipper.
The bodice is lined. The skirt section is backed with an open-weave stiffening material, giving it a firmer shape. The hem can be let down by approximately 5 cm.

In good condition. In good condition. The belt shows some wear, including a hole in the synthetic material on the inside and a few additional small punched holes. Please see photos. There is also one pleat missing at the back on the right side of the skirt. This is not very noticeable and does not affect wearability.
