M | 1950s/60s Beaded Lambswool Cardigan Hong Kong

Dark navy cardigan with extensive white beadwork. The cardigan has raglan sleeves and closes at the front with small round pearl buttons. The front panel is decorated with vertical zigzag lines, clusters of small beads and scattered seed beads. The shoulders and lower front have leaf and vine motifs made with white seed beads and glass bugle beads. The back has matching beadwork across the shoulders with vertical bead lines below. The entire garment, including the sleeves, is decorated with scattered beads.Vintage from the late 50s/early 60s.

Made in Hong Kong. The label reads C.S.C. The knit is a blend of angora, lambswool and nylon.
