M | 1960s Embroidered Hungarian Folk Blouse

A beautifully embroidered 1970s folk blouse in off-white with blue floral embroidery across the front, shoulders and sleeves. The blouse has a large pointed collar with blue blanket stitching, a keyhole neckline with braided tie closure and decorative openwork trim. The long sleeves are gathered into smocked cuffs with ruffled edges.

The longer length makes it easy to wear tucked into high-waisted trousers or a skirt, but it also works loose over jeans. Estimated material is a lightweight cotton or cotton blend with a slightly sheer texture.
