This charming 1940s dress features a whimsical novelty print of men chasing after a woman on a bicycle, each carrying a bouquet of flowers. The dress has a fitted silhouette with wide shoulder pads and adorable dolman sleeves with a three-quarter length and turn-up detail. A metal zipper on the side provides a secure closure.
