XL | 1940s/50s Black Floral Rayon Dress

1940s/50s black dress with a large floral print in purple, pink, yellow, cream and green. Made from cold rayon or silk rayon.
The bodice has an overlapping front with a V-neckline, secured with three press studs. Pleats at the front shoulders and waist give the bodice its shape, with darts at the back.
Short sleeves with pleated shoulder detail and darts at the lower sleeves. The skirt has flat pleats all around.
