XL | 1950s New Old Stock Wool Knit Sweater

1950s/60s burgundy wool knit sweater with cream and golden yellow embroidery along the collar, V-neckline and cuffs.

Made from a fine wool tricot with some stretch. It has a pointed collar, an open V-neckline, bust darts and long sleeves. The embroidered rectangular motifs give the sweater a distinctive finish.
Unused old stock with its original labels from Textilhaus Singer, marked size 44.
