XS | 1940s Yellow Polka Dot Rayon Dress

A cheerful 1940s day dress in yellow rayon with a tiny brown polka dot print. The dress features a pointed collar, cap sleeves and a row of decorative black buttons down the front. Fine pintucks on the bodice create a beautifully tailored look, while the wide skirt falls softly from the gathered waist.

One of the standout details is the pair of large pleated patch pockets, each finished with three matching black buttons. Belt loops are present, but the original belt is no longer included. Made from soft rayon with a silky feel.

In good vintage condition with signs of age. There is a small repaired hole on the front of the skirt and some tiny marks on the back. The repair blends well with the print and is hardly noticeable when worn.
