XS | 1950s Black Strapless Evening Dress with Bustle

1950s black strapless evening dress made from DuPont nylon, with a sweetheart neckline, gathered bust and a fitted, boned bodice with a built-in bra.

The dress features a draped sash at the front, extending around the hips towards the back, where it forms a large double-layered bustle. The bustle consists of two layers of fabric. Below the bustle, the skirt is gathered and falls into a wide, flowing shape.
The upper back has an elasticated section with a hook-and-eye fastening. There are two metal zippers, one at the side and one running down the centre back to the bustle.
The front of the skirt has a 35 cm slit.
