Do I have to pay extra costs when ordering from abroad?
Buyers are responsible for paying any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes charged by their country when the parcel arrives. These possible extra costs are not included in our prices.
- For Lily Scarlet clothing, prices shown outside the European Union are listed excluding VAT.
- For Vintage clothing, VAT does not apply in the Netherlands, so those prices are always shown without VAT, but your country may still ask you to pay import duties, customs fees, or local taxes when the parcel arrives. These charges are different in every country
- For customers in the United States, tariffs are already included in the checkout, so you will not be asked to pay extra tariffs on delivery.
