Adorable late 1930s to early 1940s dark navy blue felt capulet hat with intricate soutache braid trim and delicate faux pearl decorations. The pearls form decorative loops and scrolls along the shaped front edge. The rounded, close-fitting design is intended to sit on top of the head, leaving the hair visible at the front and sides.
