A late 1930s to early 1940s tilt hat in rich emerald green velvet. The crown features radiating pleats that create a sculptural, fan-like design, with a wide folded edge and a matching velvet bow at the back.
The asymmetrical shape is designed to sit on top of the head rather than fit closely around it. Fully lined in black fabric with a grosgrain inner band. Inner circumference: 53 cm / 20 3/4”
