A beautiful 1950s/60s wiggle dress in off white slub silk with large red flowers and green foliage. It has a wide neckline and a fitted shape through the bodice and hips. The front has bust seams and waist seams, with curved seam detailing running from the bust toward the shoulders and from the waist toward the side seams. The back is cut with extra draping from the hip upward and continues in one piece toward the shoulder. The neckline has darts. It closes with a long metal zipper at the back, with two hook and eye closures at the waist and one hook and eye closure at the top. The back has a small walking slit, with an extra triangular fabric insert behind it for reinforcement.
