1950s poplin dress in a warm camel tone with an allover feather print. The dress has a round neckline with small pleats at the shoulders and a pointed waist seam under the bust. The bodice is paneled and fitted through the waist, opening into a flared skirt. The waist section is reinforced on the inside for structure. It closes with a metal back zipper and hook and eye.
The poplin has a slight sheen and holds its shape well. There is some discoloration under the arms and scattered light water marks, plus a small area that appears to be old glue or wax residue. These marks are present but not immediately dominant when worn.
