1960s bathing suit by Peter Pan Sun Blazers, Hawaii. The swimsuit has a bright multicolor floral print and an attached swim skirt with a matching belt.
The fabric is woven with no stretch. The side panels have stretch with elastic smocking up to the waist. The bodice has bust seams and waist shaping seams. Inside the bodice is an inserted bust panel with padded cups.
The shoulder straps fasten at the back with buttons and have three buttonholes for adjustment. The suit closes at the back with a long zipper. Inside are additional snap buttons. The brief has elastic at the leg openings. Over the brief is an attached skirt with rounded side slits. The leg openings are finished with green cotton trim.
