A very pretty 1940s black velvet jacket with two large gray fabric bows applied to the front. It has a button closure with fabric-covered buttons in the same material as the bows. The short sleeves have small shoulder pads, and it comes with an open collar. Bust darts and tailoring at front and back give it shape.
