This 1950s turquoise satin cocktail dress has a structured bodice with sequins, rhinestones, and prong-set stones. The bodice has boning at the front and along the sides, extending partway to the back. The bodice is lined, and the skirt is lined in a different fabric. The dress has a metal zipper at the back with hook-and-eye closures at the top and at the centre. The full skirt has flat pleats all around, and the straps are narrow. The fabric has no stretch.
