1950s cotton dress by Jerry Gilden New York, The cotton fabric has cream, white, blue and brown tones. The areas with blue stripes have a white ground, while the areas with brown stripes have a light brown ground.. The dress has a striped rose print, with small rhinestones and beads on several of the blue roses at the bodice. It has thin black shoulder straps, black trim along the neckline, a fitted bodice with princess seams, and a gathered skirt. Belt loops, no belt.
Measurements: • Bust 94 cm / 37" • Waist 71 cm / 28" • Bodice length 41 cm / 16.25" • Skirt length 65.5 cm / 25.75" Size is small to medium.
In good wearable condition, with signs of age. There is discoloration under one arm, a brown mark in the skirt, and some faint marks in the fabric. The print is slightly faded in places. These points are not very noticeable when worn, but the price has been adjusted accordingly. Sold as is.
