Early 1960s Courtaulds Courtelle dress in navy blue and white knit. The bodice has horizontal stripes with decorative top-stitching along the neckline, echoed in the stitched patch pocket on the skirt. Round neckline, short cap sleeves and gently flared skirt. Nylon zipper at the back. Slight stretch to the knit. The classic Breton-inspired design gives it a Bardot-like nautical look.
