Red lamé evening dress in a fitted 1950s-inspired silhouette. Made from a substantial lamé fabric and fully lined.
The strapless bodice has internal boning and an overlay at the bust forming a tulip-shaped design. Additional boning is present at the front and back of the bodice for structure and support.
The dress has four darts at the front and six darts at the back. From the waist to one side of the hip, the fabric is draped in a sarong-style arrangement of pleats. A large decorative sash is attached at the hip. The skirt is slightly wider at the hem and does not have a walking slit. It closes at the back with a long zipper and hook-and-eye fastening.
