1960s cotton bathing suit with a small graphic print. The swimsuit has halter straps that are fixed at the sides and tie at the neck.
The entire back panel is smocked with elastic. The swimsuit has shaping seams and boning at the bust. The bust and centre front panel are lined with cotton. A decorative white lace trim runs along the top edge. The leg openings have elastic.
Label reads Tweka, made in Holland.
Measurements: • Bust stretches to 81 cm / 31.75" • Hip stretches to 90 cm / 35.5" • Side length 39 cm / 15.25" • Centre bust to crotch 57 cm / 22.5" Size is extra small.
In good condition. The fabric shows slight fading from washing and sun exposure. The smocked back has a small area near the top where the elastic is slightly less gathered, but this is barely visible when worn.
